Application - The application is the absolute first step in the hiring process at Sunflower Staffing, LLC and can be found on the application page of this website. There is also a quick link to it on the Homepage. If you are interested in a position with Sunflower Staffing, LLC, please fill out an application and wait to receive a response by email. If you schedule any Zoom Meeting with Sunflower Staffing, LLC and you have not completed an application first, the meeting will be cancelled.
Response by Email - Please be watching your email after completing the application.
Schedule Zoom Interview - Upon receiving the email directing you to schedule the Zoom Interview, please click the button below to be taken to the scheduling calendar. You will receive the Zoom link for the interview by email. If you schedule an interview without receiving the email requesting that you do so, it will be cancelled.
Response by Email - Once the interview and needed information has been reviewed, you will receive a response by email of an Offer Letter to be signed, or an email with other information. If you receive an Offer Letter, please review it carefully and sign if you so choose.
Paperwork Email - If you return the Offer Letter signed, you will then receive a paperwork email with very detailed instructions. You will have three days to complete the paperwork.
Orientation - the paperwork is complete and you have been asked, please use the link below to schedule Zoom Orientation. Once orientation is complete, you will receive the Orientation Form by email. When that is completed and returned, all of your paperwork will be compiled and submitted for processing. If you schedule an orientation without receiving the email requesting that you do so, it will be cancelled.
Final HR Email - Please watch for one final email from HR detailing needed steps moving forward for employment at Sunflower Staffing, LLC.
